In case you have plenty of fails in law then you should wear this throughout your employment. On the whole, the larger or higher prestigious the firm, the better weight they may get for academics, and the leading firms give a great deal of weight to academics.

Better still than not failing – get good grades. Study hard or if perhaps not difficult then smart. No problem with picking electives that provide easy grades or that have fewer contact hours.
